The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has awarded this contract, using other than full and open competition for the following: Acadis Readiness Suite Class Management System for use at the TSA Canine Training Center (CTC). Accordingly, the TSA has awarded the contract to: Envisage Technologies, LLC, 101 W. Kirkwood Avenue, Suite 200, Bloomington, IN 47404-6132. This contract will address the training management system requirements at the TSA CTC. The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government procured with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (FedBizOpps) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
