TSA has a requirement to modify its existing blanket purchase agreement, 70T02019A3NPHY002, with Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC to add a one-year ordering period. This new one-year ordering period will allow TSA to order program management, engineering services, installation, maintenance, and repair services from February 15, 2024 through February 14, 2025. TSA intends to utilize BPA 70T02019A3NPHY002 to satisfy physical access control system requirements at over 600 TSA facilities nationwide. Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC is the only known responsible source capable of satisfying the requirement and no other type of supply or service will satisfy TSA’s requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by TSA.
