All original solicitation documents have been included again, to include the Question-Answer Tracker, as attachments. Quote submission instructions can be found in the document entitled "BPA Terms and Conditions for TSA Canines". There have been no changes made to any of the documents, except to identify new question and quote due dates (seen below). Any BPA(s) awarded will retain the original estimated ceiling of $9,500,000 (across all BPAs awarded), and the original ordering period, which concludes on 08/23/2023 (5yrs from date original set of BPAs were awarded). Questions are due by 3PM Eastern on 12/20/2019 and quotes are due by 3PM Eastern on 02/03/20. Questions and quotes should be forwarded electronically to the Contracting Officer, Kurt Allen, at kurt.allen@tsa.dhs.gov. - The solicitation is amended to provide the Question - Answer Tracker. The quote due date remains unchanged.
