DESCRIPTION FOR J&A NOTICE: JA-RELD-20-0002 / LEASE No. 70T017-20-L-RENJF002 / Succeeding Lease The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Transportation Security Administration for an existing lease expiring in Egg Harbor Township, NJ on 08/31/2020 within 7 miles of the Atlantic City International Airport in order for the Threat Mitigation Lab to effectively carry out its mission. This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (FedBizOpps) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
