This opportunity provides partial reimbursement for Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) deployed at TSA screening checkpoints, with awards made through multiple Other Transaction Agreements. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis after the closing date, subject to fund availability, and early submission is encouraged. The maximum fully burdened hourly reimbursement rate is currently set at $25/hour. Eligibility is limited to airport operators holding Part 139 Certificates that have incurred increased LEO costs due to post-9/11 security mandates. Performance of services is at commercial airport screening checkpoints, with funding expected to cover approximately one year of reimbursement.
