The due date and time for the submission of proposals has been extended to 12:00 PM (local Washington D.C. time) on 1/14/2020. ----------------------------------------- Update - 12/6/2019 The date and time for the submission of questions has been extended. All questions must be submitted in writing not later than 5:00 PM (local time Washington, D.C.), on 12/11/2019. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation with additional information is attached. Solicitation Number: 70T01020R9NREM052. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The attached solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this solicitation is 722310 – Food Service Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1FD “Operation of Dining Facilities”. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Contract line items and the period of performance are identified in the attached solicitation document. The Contractor (independently and not as an agent of the Government) shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, materials and equipment (except Government Furnished Equipment) as required to provide cafeteria management services for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA. Performance shall be in accordance with all terms, conditions, and requirements as stipulated in the attached solicitation document. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JAN 2017), applies to this acquisition. An addenda to this provision is not attached. The requirement for Offerors to submit Representations and Certifications are identified in the attached solicitation document (See RFP Attachment 4). FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2018), applies to this acquisition. An addenda to this clause is not attached.
