The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Management System (LMS) solution for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) through the SAP NS2 suite of products. This Statement of Objectives (SOO) outlines the current LMS software in its current hosted environment the SAP NS2 Secure Node with SAP (NS2) as well as the renewal of licenses, program management and maintenance for the SAP LMS. The Contractor shall provide a Commercial SaaS offering in accordance with their terms of Service as outlined in the GSA Terms and Conditions, as well as incorporated documentation to the contract. The Contractor shall provide in part Production, Staging, Training and Development/Demo Environments, all maintenance and hardwae management shall be provided by the vendor. In addition, license activation for 72,000 Learning Management System users, license activation for 72,000 Performance Goals System users, Customer support communications, Production Release bulletins and Program management and support to list a few (see enclosed draft SOO).
