This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of responses to this notice. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Data Center Operations and Support Services. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Leidos Innovations Corporation, located at 700 N Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20879-3328. The contract will address the requirements of TSA's office of Human Capital (HC) Personnel Futures Program (PFP) in support of the program's data center. The anticipated period of performance is from May 2019 to May 2020. The proposed contract actions are for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for each proposed contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
