This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of responses to this notice. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Help Desk Support operations and services. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Leidos Innovations Corporation located at 2650 Park Tower Drive, Vienna, Virginia 22180-7300. The contract will address the requirements of TSA's Human Capital (HC) HRAccess program. The proposed contract actions are for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for each proposed contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals via e-mail to Mary Earnhart at Mary.Earnhart@tsa.dhs.gov by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on November 6, 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named companies directly.
