TSA is seeking a contractor that will provide course reviews and make college credit recommendations that are recognized by U.S. regionally accredited colleges and universities when TSA employees seek to pursue undergraduate or advanced degrees. College credit for TSA courses approved by a college credit recommendation program shall be assigned at the appropriate level of associate, bachelors, masters, and/or advanced academic. The vendor shall evaluate identified TSA training programs and make college credit recommendations for these courses. Recommendation Review Services may be for any combination of services to include, preliminary and detailed initial review of curricula and ongoing review as required to keep recommendations current; conducting field/site visits or virtual course reviews; preparation of technical reports, studies, surveys; student transcript services; marketing support; student advising services; and college partner development. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611710. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with Cost Travel Contract Line Items for one (1) base year and one (1) option period, on a competitive basis to one responsive and responsible Quoter. The Quoters shall be considered responsible as defined within the meaning of FAR 9.104-1.

TSA is seeking a contractor that will provide course reviews and make college credit recommendations that are recognized by U.S. regionally accredited colleges and universities when TSA employees seek to pursue undergraduate or advanced degrees. The following sections provide a recommended outline for a response to this Sources Sought. • Section I - Cover Letter (1 Page) List the company name and company point(s) of contact. Briefly describe the company, products and services, history, business size, business status (i.e. small, veteran-owned, etc.) and other information deemed relevant. • Section II- Capabilities Statement (1 Page) Please provide a narrative description of your firm's capability to meet the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) requirements. Describe experience providing similar services or solutions to other Federal Agencies. When identifying current or past experience, please identify the following: • Name of Agency • Contract Type • Period of Performance • Total Contract Dollar Value • Scope of the Contract/Task Order • Brief Description of the Work completed within the Scope of the Contract • Section III - Feedback to the Statement of Objective (3 Pages) Contractors are invited to provide feedback regarding the attached SOO on such items as: o Questions/comments regarding the SOO o Suggestions for the CLIN structure o Other recommendations Please Note: This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and program planning purposes.
