TCDD requires services to evaluate USCIS training programs with the intention to recommend college credit for these courses. By receiving college credits for training and work experience USCIS may entice employees who do not have college credits or a degree to seek higher education by giving them an opportunity to accelerate degree completion and reduce cost of a college education.
