This RFI seeks information on vendors that can provide USCIS with the required services and recruit/retain staff with the necessary experience and skills, including vendors with and without existing government contract vehicles. Responses will help USCIS assess whether small businesses can perform the work, whether set-asides are appropriate, and which contract vehicle to use. The period of performance has not yet been established. This is a recompete requirement, not a follow-on.
