Online Personal Data Protection services for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
USCIS seeks commercial online personal data protection services for approximately 250 employees and their families, including monitoring of public, deep, and dark web sources and social media, real-time doxxing alerts, removal or limitation of exposed personal information, reporting, training, and mitigation support. The contract will have a 12-month period of performance from the date of award, with continuous one-year coverage for each enrolled individual from activation. Performance will take place at the contractor-owned facility. The requirement includes a base quantity of 250 units, an optional 250 units, and an additional line item for cataclysmic or unanticipated needs. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures, and the acquisition is not set aside for small business.
