USCIS is seeking a commercial pilot service for integrated vetting and data-analysis to support fraud identification and enhanced vetting throughout the immigration lifecycle, including batch processing, identity resolution, online activity correlation, and analyst/data-scientist validation support. The government intends to award this requirement on a noncompetitive basis to Thomson Reuters Special Services LLC, as it was the only source identified capable of providing the complete integrated capability. The pilot must be performed within a 30-calendar-day period. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.
