The gold plate is a 3” die struck brass seal surrounded by brass ring and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal. The Government may purchase 10% more or less quantity than 1,040 each, depending on the selected quote price and the Government's available budget. Contractors shall identify if quantity discount pricing applies. Interested bidders shall complete the SF 1449 form and include any commercial terms and conditions.
