This is a combined synopsys/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This anouncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Agency intends to award a purchase order on a brand-name, sole source basis for SurveyMonkey Enterprise software license subscription to: SurveyMonkey, Inc. 910 Park Pl, Ste 300 San Mateo, CA 94403 The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, SurveyMonkey, Inc. This requirement is sole sourced to SurveyMonkey, Inc. as it is the only OEM capable of providing the brand-name SurveyMonkey software licenses. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), current as of December 26, 2024. The small business size standard for the set-aside is: N/A Late quotes will not be accepeted.
