This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 70SBUR24Q00000293 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) This is an open market solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services , with a small business size standard of $34M. (v) See RFQ SF1449 for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options). (vi) This requirement is for the TDPS personalization equipment consumables and maintenance for the USCIS, Document Management Division, located at 20 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20529, in accordance with the criteria outlined in Statement of Work. (vii) Period of performance for the base period will be 09/30/2024 – 09/29/2025 and shall include four (4) one-year option periods that if exercised shall extend the period of performance to a maximum of 60 months. Delivery and acceptance of deliverables shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition as does the addendum (Page 51 of RFQ 70SBUR24Q00000293). (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria outlined in paragraph (a) of 52.212-2 are: Technical Acceptability and Price. The Government is requesting maximum additional discounts beyond standard commercial pricing for this the requirement. The quote shall display any discount provided by the contractor and should represent the best possible price that the contractor can provide.
