The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting, proposes to award a delivery/task order or modify an existing delivery/task order on behalf of Office of Chief Financial Officer, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2), Exceptions to the fair opportunity process. This is a firm fixed price task order which shall provide U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) with subscriptions to Gartner for Chief Financial Officers support. This task order is being issued under Library of Congress FEDLINK Contract #LCFDL21D0001. The Library of Congress (LOC), Direct Express program is authorized under the LOC’s Fiscal Operations Improvement Act, P.L. 106-481, Section 103 (2 U.S.C. Section 182c). The selected contractor for this effort is: Gartner INC.
