This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number 70SBUR24Q00000205 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (iv) This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561622 - Locksmiths. (v) This requirement is for Safe Maintenance Drill, Repair, Reset, and Disposal Service in accordance with the Statement of Work. (vi) Period of Performance: On or about August 15, 2024, 8:00am to 4:30pm EDT. Service will be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquistion as does the addendum (Page 16-17 of RFQ 70SBUR24Q00000205). (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria outlined in paragraph (a) of 52.212-2 is: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Submission of a complete quote consitutes affirmation of your ability to provide Safe Mainteance Drill, Repair, Reset, and Disposal Service in accordance with the Statement of Work. Amendments to this solicitiation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation. The Government is requesting maximum additional discounts beyond standard commercial pricing for this requirement. The quote shall display any discount provided by the contractor and should represent the best possible price that the contractor can provide.
