This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought notice for market research information and planning purposes to identify the availability of potential sources capable of providing internal control assessment and/or analytic support services and ensure that the CFO remains compliant with the requirements of the CFO Act, Federal Management Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), OMB Circular No. A-123, DHS Financial Accountability Act (FAA), and other applicable statutes. Refer to the attached documents “ Draft PWS A-123” and “RFI for A-123” which details the necessities required by the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). This announcement constitutes a sources sought notice for written information only and is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government.
