This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 70SBUR23Q00000077 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) This is an open market solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 541614 – Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $17.5M. (v) See RFQ SF1449 for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options). (vi) This requirement is for the purchase of moving services for naturalization ceremonies for the Houston Field Office located at 810 Gears Road, Houston, TX, 77060 in accordance with the criteria outlined in Statement of Work. (vii) Period of performance for the base period will be 04/01/2023 – 03/3102024 and shall include four (4) one-year option periods that if exercised shall extend the period of performance to a maximum of 60 months. Delivery and acceptance of deliverables shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition as does the addendum (Page 12 of RFQ 70SBUR23Q00000077). (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria outlined in paragraph (a) of 52.212-2 are: Technical Acceptability and Price. Submission of a complete quote constitutes affirmation of your ability to provide the services as outlined in the attached solicitation documents. Amendments to this solicitation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation. The Government is requesting maximum additional discounts beyond standard commercial pricing for this the requirement. The quote shall display any discount provided by the contractor and should represent the best possible price that the contractor can provide.
