The support provided through this task order will support FOD through provision of a Senior Developer who will work in tandem with the current contractor by maintaining governance, identifying, and adopting best practices, modernizing, updating, and maintain resource (human capital and financial) tools and databases. Implement activities critical to realization of planned outcomes, providing guidance necessary to implement program and mission support requirements, and supporting the respective divisions and branches in discussion with governance groups. Work in tandem with the current contractor to meet the evolving requirements and automation of BMT and HMT. Specifically supporting the expanded reporting and evolving resource management requirements; development sustainment of an enhanced Hiring Management Tool (HMT) processing by ingesting Fasthire Master data via Databricks and reconciling that data with what currently exist within HMT resulting in improved management of reporting data integrity.
