This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand-name, sole source commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70SBUR22Q00000001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed-price purchase order under FAR 13.106. Details pertaining to evaluation can be found in the attached RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 and and Homeland Security Regulation (HSAR) current as of 2 May 2021. This action is being solicited on a brand-name, sole source basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334614 - Software and Other Prerecorded Compact Disc, Tape, and Record Reproducing. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21 - IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). Description of the requirement: MURAL Enterprise Software Licensing Period of Performance: Twelve (12) month base period from 15 October 2021 to 14 October 2022 and a twelve (12) month option period from 15 October 2022 to 14 October 2023.
