02/01/2022 Update Following a review of the full-scope requirement to support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO), we have determined the best course of action is to seek vendors on the OASIS ... 02/01/2022 Update Following a review of the full-scope requirement to support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO), we have determined the best course of action is to seek vendors on the OASIS strategic sourcing vehicle instead of STARS III. This determination is based on the primary functions for industry supporting each vehicle. The vendors available on STARS III provide expert technical support in developing technology solutions for Government agencies. The OCDO requirement is however, more appropriately defined as the business-focused management, presentation, and analysis of data rather than the technical solutions to implement data solutions. For that reason, we will seek support through OASIS, which provides us vendors with greater expertise in the business-focused consulting skills required to successfully meet the OCDO mission. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ USCIS is issuing this Sources Sought, Request for Information (SS-RFI) for planning purposes. USCIS is researching NAICS, existing contract vehicles, and Small Business 8(a) vendors capable of fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is currently in the 8(a) Business Development Program (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.8) and is not being removed from the program for this acquisition.
