This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70SBUR21Q00000255 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 and Homeland Security Regulation (HSAR) current as of 05/02/2021. This solicitation is an open market, competitive small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, which has a small business size standard of $35.00 million. The associated PSC Code is W035 – Lease or Rental of Equipment- Service and Trade Equipment. Brief Description of Requirement: The Nebraska Service Center has a requirement for a telehandler forklift rental. The forklift is needed to assist with moving pallets of furniture from the NSC building to on-site outdoor storage containers to temporarily hold and store excess furniture in order to support the upcoming building consolidation for the NSC. See attached PART II – ATTACHMENT B – STATEMENT OF WORK for more information. In order for a quote to be considered complete, quoters must follow all of the instructions within this solicitation. It is highly recommended that each quoter reads through the solicitation in its entirety. If a quote does not follow all of the instructions, it will be considered incomplete and will be removed from consideration for award. Place of Performance: USCIS - NSC 1301 W. Highland Blvd Lincoln, NE 68521 This requirement consists of a total estimated period of performance of twenty-four (24) weeks, and two (2) twelve (12) week Optional Periods for a total of forty-eight (48) weeks, to be established at the time of award.
