The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), current as of March 11, 2021 (Date in Acquisition.gov). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applies to this solicitation and resulting award and assigned rating is: N/A. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Nebraska Service Center (NSC) has a requirement for a telehandler forklift rental, including maintenance and equipment rental protection.
