This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ii. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05. iv. The small business size standard for the set-aside is: $30.00 Million. The NAICS code is 484121 – General Freight Trucking, Long Distance, Truckload v. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) provides a requirement for the shipment of files from the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to the National Records Center (NRC) and Remote Maintenance File Facility (HBG). See the attachments for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and all other details. vii. This requirement consists of a total estimated PoP of twelve (12) months. A base period of performance of six (6) months and one (1) optional period of performance of six (6) months. Please see PART II – ATTACHMENT B – STATEMENT OF WORK below for more information. Delivery and acceptance of deliverables shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. viii.
