U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) provides a requirement for movable waste containers for the Vermont Service Center. See the attachments for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and all other details. vii.This requirement consists of a total potential estimated PoP of six (6) months. A base period of performance of two (2) months and two (2) optional periods of performance of two (2) months each. Please see PART III – ATTACHMENT C – STATEMENT OF WORK below for more information. Amendments to this solicitation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation. Place of Contract Performance: See PART III – ATTACHMENT C – STATEMENT OF WORK for the place(s) of contract performance. Set-aside Status: There is no set-aside for this acquisition. Brief Description of Requirement: The Vermont Service Center (VSC) requires scheduled trash and recycling removal in support of the relocation of incoming mail operations and in support of the H1B CAP project. Per two (2) month period, there will be weekly pickup and drop offs. In the base period there will be an initial drop off and an additional total of nine (9) pickup & drop-offs. There will also be four (4) Ad-Hoc CLIN(s) to be billed against only if they are used. The first optional period will be two (2) months with weekly pickup & drop offs and four (4) Ad-Hoc CLIN(s) to be billed against only if they are used. The second optional period will be two (2) months with weekly pickup & drop offs and a final pickup. See attached PART III – ATTACHMENT B – STATEMENT OF WORK for more information. In order for a quote to be considered complete, quoters must follow all of the instructions within this solicitation. It is highly recommended that each quoter reads through the solicitation in its entirety. If a quote does not follow all of the instructions, it will be considered incomplete and will be removed from consideration for award.
