The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), System Delivery Division (SDD) has a requirement to acquire commercially resourced information technology (IT) technical services which will support Distributed Service Architecture Branch (DSAB) portfolio. To the fullest extent possible, the government wants contractor performance to be based on the delivery of products and capabilities rather than on the number of staff and their level of effort. USCIS is seeking to identify businesses that can successfully provide the following support. The scope of EGIS II includes Program Management, Architecture, Security and Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps) services. The contractor shall use Agile Development Methods involving multiple scrum teams and with constant collaboration with stakeholders for continuous improvement at every stage utilizing continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches utilizing DevSecOps methodology.
