The task order fulfills the Agency’s need for independent tests such as Independent Testing, Transformation Independent Testing, Verification Independent Testing, Laboratory Operations, and Program Management Support. Overall, these services include a range of independent testing activities related to evaluating and assessing USCIS IT solutions. These services ensure that all IT products and services, destined for operational use within USCIS, meet DHS and USCIS OIT standards and protocols and are performing to defined design, schedule and performance specifications/capabilities. This includes the high-visibility program, Electronic Immigration System, known as ELIS.
