Amendment to RFQ 70SBUR19Q00000344: 1) Extending the date for submission of quotes to 9 AM ET, Tuesday, September 10, 2019. 2) Clarifying the period of performance. Lease will be for 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. 3) Monthly pricing is to include all associated fees (rental protection, delivery/pickup fees, etc.) USCIS has a requirement to lease a telescopic forklift for use at the Nebraska Service Center. Please see the attached RFQ documents for the description of the requirement as well as evaluation information. Award shall be determined using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Lease is for 12 months, with the option to extend the rental for an additional 12 months. Offerors are to submit pricing on the SF1449 provided. Monthly pricing is to include rental protection, any delivery/pickup fees, etc. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist NLT 1 PM ET, Monday, September 9, 2019. Quotations shall be received NLT 9 AM ET, Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
