This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70SBUR19Q00000200 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. This solicitation is for an open market, competitive, small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 453210, Office Supplies and Stationery Stores which has a small business size standard of $32.5 million. See the attachments for a description of requirements for the supplies to be acquired and all other details. The provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The provision 52.212-2 applies to this procurement with the evaluation factors consisting of price and technical acceptability. The award decision shall be based on the lowest price technically acceptable selection process. In order to be considered for this requirement, Offerors must include a fully completed copy of Attachment 003-Pricing Spreadsheet with their offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Order - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses in this clause are applicable to the acquisition and can be found attached. Additional contract requirements or terms and conditions necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices shall be found in the Terms and Conditions.
