Solicitation number 70SBUR19Q00000145 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, 20 Dec 2018. This solicitation is an open market, competitive 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, which has a small business size standard of $38.5 million.
