This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70SBUR19Q00000145 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, 20 Dec 2018. This solicitation is an open market, competitive 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, which has a small business size standard of $38.5 million. The associated PSC code is S205, Trash/Garbage Collection Services. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is listed in RFQ attachment, Attachment C. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision found below. The provision 52.212-2 applies to this procurement with the evaluation factors consisting of price and technical acceptability. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
