This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submissions; other than acknowledgment of receipt - if a request for an acknowledgement is requested by the submitter. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP or RFQ. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the part of the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government, and will not be returned. Information provided to the Government will be treated as business sensitive if appropriately marked. Any proprietary information should be clearly labeled as "Proprietary." To the full extent that it is protected pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and other laws and regulations, information identified by a respondent as "Proprietary" will be appropriately controlled. Sources responding to this RFI should submit the minimum information necessary. Submissions may be reviewed by the Government and support contractors bound by appropriate non-disclosure agreements. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking information regarding the availability of the following law publications: • Federal Civil Judicial Procedures and Rules 2019 Pamphlet • Immigration Law and Crimes 2018-2019 Pamphlets • Federal Criminal Code and Rules 2019 Pamphlet • Federal Civil Rules 2019 Handbook • Federal Immigration Laws and Regulations 2019 Pamphlet • Immigration Procedures Handbook 2018-2019 Pamphlets and 2019 Supplement • US Citizenship and Naturalization Handbook 2018-2019 Pamphlet • H-1B Handbook 2019 Upkeep Service Respondents should answer the following questions in response to this RFI: 1. Are these publications available from only one source? 2. Are there multiple resellers of these items? 3. Are there any equivalent items currently on the market that are updated yearly? The Government prefers responses not to exceed two (2) pages. All responses are due by 1 p.m. ET on Friday, August 2, 2019.
