Situational Leadership II Experience (SLII Experience) by Ken Blanchard. The training sought employs a multi-faceted approach to enhance management skills in situational awareness to become effective leaders. This approach would include, but is not limited to: Online course work, online testing, in person training, printed training materials and videos. 2. Respondents should answer the following questions: a. Are there any equivalent items currently on the market that offer training comparable to Situation Leadership II (SL II Experience)? b. Are there any competitors that offer comparable training, including training materials? If so, who? c. Do you (or someone you know) offer training on the topic of Situational Leadership? d.
