The Contractor shall facilitate and provide technical support in developing proficiencies with CWMD mentees by teaching, mentoring, and coaching, and encouraging mentees to be open and willing to strive to become better leaders, peers, and subordinates. The Contractor shall improve navigation and understanding of DHS. Focus on the navigation or interworking and understand the interconnectivity of missions and mission space. Explore potential career paths and implement the execution of a major mentoring program fostering an open environment where information is shared and knowledge is transferred, preserved, and leveraged, wisdom and experience of seasoned mentors is shared, diversity and experience is leveraged to provide learning and development opportunities, and personal and professional growth is facilitated. The number of program participants will vary. But is estimated to be up to100 participants
