The Office of Health Security has a wide range of highly complex mission support and programmatic requirements spanning all major operating units. This management, administrative, specialized, and technical expertise will support the development of strategies, policies, procedures, and plans, in addition to providing day-to-day programmatic support to enable OHS directorates and units to function with high efficiency and effectiveness. It is critical that interested contractors are capable of providing personnel and services with the sufficient education, training, skills, and experience to rapidly integrate and execute tasks at a headquarters-level agency of a cabinet-level department. The personnel provided through this anticipated procurement will be assigned into directorates and units throughout the OHS organization and be expected to function as integrated team members engaged in both high-level and day-to-day operations.
