As a result, Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are no-longer required for Noblis, Inc. and Attachment # 5: Noblis Company to Company NDA (1 page) is removed from the RFP, and also, FAR Clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (Jun 2023) is incorporated into this RFP.
