The purpose of this RFI is to evaluate and determine the laboratory staffing and support options for the BioWatch Program moving forward. The Performer must enable the BioWatch Program to maintain current laboratory operations and continue to provide high quality, reliable, and actionable laboratory results. In addition, due to the evolving operational needs of the Program, the Performer must provide the necessary flexibility and adaptability to ensure BioWatch can address changes in testing volumes for both planned events and unforeseen incidents.
