OBAA Topic Solicitation No. 11 (RFP 70RWMD22R00000007) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Acquisition Division (CWMDAD) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit capable vendors for the submission of technical and cost proposals in accordance with this Topic Solicitation No. 11, RFP No. 70RWMD22R00000007, titled “Automated Threat Recognition for Non-Intrusive Inspection", its attachments, and the overarching Research and Development (R&D) Open Broad Agency Announcement (OBAA) No. 70RDND19R00000003. This requirement supports the DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), Research and Development Division (RDD), under BAA focus area CWMD.04 – Chokepoint Optimization: Technologies to improve the ability to scan conveyances for threats and other anomalous activities at chokepoints (ports-of-entry, rail scanning) through development of new capabilities to optimize chokepoint operations or to improve performance of currently deployed sensors for scanning conveyances at chokepoints.
