OBAA Topic Solicitation No. 9 (RFP # 70RWMD22R00000001) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Acquisition Division (CWMDAD) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit capable vendors for the submission of technical and cost proposals in accordance with this Topic Solicitation No. 9, RFP No. 70RWMD22R00000001, titled “Urban BioThreat Identification Sensor ", its attachments, and the overarching Research and Development (R&D) Open Broad Agency Announcement (OBAA) No. 70RDND19R00000003.
