Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) is seeking information on the capability and availability of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions and/or modified COTS solutions that meet the requirements by which CWMD may assess technical performance, capability, and suitability of “Movable RPM – Seaport Variant” systems offered under a solicitation, if issued. CWMD is also interested in obtaining data concerning the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost and reliability, availability, and maintainability data. Any price/cost requested in this RFI should only be an estimate (ROM). It will only be used for market research purposes.
