We anticipate having an updated estimated award date posted by the end of November. *************UPDATE***************************** Monday, August 10, 2020 Important reminder for vendors planning to submit a proposal, the eight (8) PRDs needed for testing are required to be at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) on or before 18 Aug 2020 (the date the proposals are due). To facilitate shipping of the PRDs to PNNL offerors were to contact the PNNL point of contact identified in the RFP 15 days prior to the proposal due date to coordinate the shipment and provide PNNL advance notification and information required for their receipt of your equipment. If you plan to submit a proposal, and have not already done so, please contact the PNNL point of contact immediately. Vendors whom have already submitted the Bailment Agreement to PNNL before the proposal due date was extended to 18 Aug 2020 are not required to resubmit the form. The government anticipates awarding Multiple-Award IDIQ contracts to a minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) awardees through full and open competition. The Task Order will have one 5-year ordering period. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide feedback and comments in response to this draft RFQ, comments shall be submitted using the Comment Template (Attachment 5).
