Second DRAFT RFP - Tactical Communications and Technical Investigative Comprehensive Solutions (TACTICS)

DHS’s TACTICS team has released a second draft RFP for an upcoming TACTICS IDIQ contract for planning purposes only; DHS is not evaluating proposals at this time and no contractual obligation will arise from the draft. DHS is awaiting necessary approvals before releasing the final RFP and directs industry to monitor SAM.gov for that release. The draft package includes government responses to industry questions, the draft RFP, a statement of work, SF1449, factor and minimum-requirement workbooks, TC1/TC2 pricing templates, and a wage determination for San Francisco, CA.
