The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires commercial cloud solutions for department-wide use through a multiple-award IDIQ contract. The scope includes Anything as a Service (XaaS), such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, professional services, marketplace solutions, and training.
