DHS’s Office of Procurement Operations, Information Technology Acquisition Center, proposes to award a DHS-wide enterprise Blanket Purchase Agreement to Carahsoft Technology Corporation under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule. The BPA would provide DHS Headquarters and Components with a streamlined enterprise vehicle to procure software licenses, subscriptions, maintenance, and associated services. Purchases would draw from a portfolio of approximately 70+ original equipment manufacturers and technology partners available through Carahsoft’s GSA MAS contract.
