This requirement is to continue receiving Enterprise Platforms Management Support (EPMS) Services, highly specialized technical contractor support services to assist the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Solutions Development Division (SDD) in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives. These services include management and technical support for the migrations, modernizations, refactoring, and operations and maintenance for all SDD integrated services based on agile methodologies. The customer base consists of a large and diverse user base that requires customer centric support and delivery.
