The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify qualified and interested sources that could provide the services identified in the RFI Section III. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS, which will help the Government determine feasibility to establish a Multi-Agency Contract to procure a Tactical Communications Equipment and Services (TacCom) and Technical Investigative Surveillance Operations (TechOps) III solution. The information gathered may be used to formulate acquisition strategies for competitive solicitations.
