The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify qualified and interested sources that could provide the services identified in the draft Statement of Work (SOW), which will help the Government determine feasibility to establish a Department-wide ordering vehicle to procure a comprehensive commercial Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) solution.
