This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Chief Data Officer Directorate (CDOD), Records and Information Management (RIM) Division for Records and Information Management Administrative Services. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Proposal, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract any supply or service. DHS is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely be at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned. Respondents shall be in the 8(a) Program. It is anticipated that at a minimum, key personnel shall be required to hold at least a Secret level security clearance. Respondents shall submit a two-page Capability Statement via email to Andrew Cole at Andew.H.Cole@hq.dhs.gov and Kennedy McKay at Kennedy.McKay@hq.dhs.gov. If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly state “PROPRIETARY” on every response containing such information and segregate the proprietary information to the maximum extent practical from other portions of your response (e.g., use an attachment or exhibit). Respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary information in their response. RFI Purpose: This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the market research and for planning and information purposes.
